Our President

Bill took his first surveying class in 1978 and graduated with Highest Honors from Guilford Technical Community College with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Surveying Technology. While there, he earned multiple awards for academic achievement. Bill also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Carolina University.

He has worked for the NC Dept. of Transportation and with several local surveyors gaining  insight and experience necessary to sit for the State Licensing Examinations.  He satisfied all the requirements set by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors, thereby gaining his Professional Surveyors license in 2000.

Bill is now the President of Accurate Surveying PLLC, and is a member of the NC Society of Surveyors.He served as President of the Piedmont Chapter for 2016-2018
